In all cases, the official documents on file at Borough Hall supersede those posted here in the event of any discrepancy.

The following specifications cover the requirements for additions, extensions, replacements and repairs to the Borough of Wyomissing Water, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Systems, as well as the specifications for new Roadways, Curbs, and Sidewalks. Also included are the requirements for the on-lot connections of the water, sanitary and storm sewer systems between the building and the public systems. The requirements for excavation, backfill, and restoration work within the street right-of-ways performed by other utility companies or their contractors are also included in these specifications. All additions, extensions, replacements and repairs shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Borough of Wyomissing and these specifications.
