Public Comment Policy & Meeting Agendas

Meeting agendas will be provided at least 24 hours in advance of a public meeting.

Agendas posted on the website before the 24 hour window are fluid documents until 24 hours before the meeting, and may change.

Agendas may also be changed by motion during the committee meeting, in which case the updated, approved agenda will be posted on the website no later than 24 hours after the meeting has ended.

The public has the responsibility to review, and understand the Public Comment Policy before participating in a meeting.
