NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE, AND/OR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION, OR A DETERMINATION FROM THE BOROUGH OF WYOMISSING ZONING ORDINANCE
NOTICE is hereby given that an application requesting a variance, and/or a special exception, or a determination from the Borough of Wyomissing Zoning Ordinance has been presented by:
Mr. Christopher H. Schubert, Esq., on behalf of his clients, Pennsylvania Power and Light Company and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, (d/b/a AT&T), owner and equitable owner of property located at 71 Revere Boulevard, also referred to as 2248 Lancaster Pike, identified as Tax Parcel No. 96-4395-06-39-8805, has submitted an application requesting a variance from Section 463, “Uses Permitted by Right”; and/or special exception approval under Section 703.5, “Non-conforming Uses of Land”; or a determination by the board that the proposed use is permitted by right under Section 703.1, “Non-conforming Uses of Land”.
and a Public Hearing thereon will be held at the Wyomissing Borough Hall in the 22 Reading Blvd., Wyomissing, PA, on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at 2:00PM to determine whether or not the applicant’s request will be granted. The applicants, all other parties in interest, and all citizens with standing who appear will have an opportunity to be heard at the time of the hearing at Borough Hall.
