In addition to the Borough of Wyomissing’s innovative recycling program that allows residents to recycle a larger variety of items, the Wyomissing Parks and Recreation Department holds an Earth Day Celebration each year. The Parks and Recreation Department of Wyomissing holds annual events in the Borough. Some of the events include the Egg Hunt, Earth Day, Fishing Rodeo, Memorial and Independence Day Parades, and Concerts in the Park.
