Properties with Outstanding Violations of the Property Maintenance Code
In an effort to encourage compliance with enforcement notices issued under the Property Maintenance Code, Borough Council has approved publishing information on the Borough’s website related to any outstanding code violation that has not been addressed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Notice by the property owner.
The intent of the Property Maintenance Code is ensure the public’s health, safety and welfare. Further, regular and routine maintenance of residential and commercial properties promotes the stabilization of property values and enhances the community for both residents and visitors.

The properties listed below have code violations outstanding in excess of ninety (90) days as of March 1, 2017. Properties marked with an asterisk (*) have had a citation filed with the District Justice’s office for lack of compliance.

Section 308.1 – “Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage” for multiple items in the driveway
Section 308.2 – “Disposal of Rubbish and Garbage” for multiple items in the driveway
*40 Cedarwood Road – Bayard, Craig & Claraetta – Enforcement notice issued for:
Section 304.1 – “Exterior Structure” for general neglect and dilapidation
Section 304.6 – “Exterior Walls” for disrepair and damage to the exterior of the structure
Section 308.1 – “Accumulation of Rubbish and Garbage” for multiple items in the driveway, front porch and yard
Section 308.2 – “Disposal of Rubbish and Garbage” for multiple items in the driveway, front porch and yard
*19 Park Road – Reed, Adrienne – Enforcement notice issued for:
Section 302.7 – “Accessory Structures” for damage to the roof of the detached garage
Section 304.2 – “Protective Treatment” for peeling, flaking or missing paint on the front porch roof and eaves
Section 304.7 – “Roofs and Drainage” for disrepair/damage to the roof of the detached garage
