Development in the Berkshire Heights Section of the Borough
There has been recent commercial and infrastructure development in the Berkshire Heights section of the Borough that includes the opening of the Drexel University College of Medicine, that is a partnership between Tower Health and Drexel University. The next generation of doctors will be trained right here in Wyomissing. Also to help alleviate the traffic congestion during the morning and evening rush hour on Park Road North, 4th street now connects to Innovation Way which allows for non-stop travel between Park Road North and North Wyomissing Blvd. for easier access to and from RT 422. Please remember that the speed limit is 25 MPH on this portion of the roadway. Traffic patterns have changed on both Park Road North and North Wyomissing Blvd., please pay attention while traveling on these roadways to insure everyone remains safe.
