Community Policing and Crime Prevention

Community policing emphasizes the establishment of a working partnership between the police and the community to reduce crime and enhance security. The police department continues to work towards that goal by offering numerous and varied community programs and presentation. These programs are presented by certified crime prevention officers Criminal Investigators Courtney C. Garipoli, Daren A. Anders and Officers Barry W. Moyer and Douglas A. Goeltz.

The following community policing programs have been conducted recently that included community relations and crime prevention:
