Community policing emphasizes the establishment of a working partnership between the police and the community to reduce crime and enhance security. The police department continues to work towards that goal by offering numerous and varied community programs and presentation. These programs are presented by certified crime prevention officers Criminal Investigators Courtney C. Garipoli, Daren A. Anders, and Sergeant Barry W. Moyer.
